I am the mother of 3 children (ages 4, 2, and 9 months). They are pretty picky eaters so I adjusted my chili recipe to fit their tastes. It's very simple to make and it's super healthy, filling, and protein packed. Also, it is perfect to store in the freezer for a night when I don't feel like cooking. I can pull it out of the freezer and either heat it in a crockpot or stovetop. If you have questions, please feel free to post in the comments below and we will do our best to respond quickly.
On another note, LOOK AT MY ROSEBUSH!! It's so pretty.
Now for the recipe.
Sorry for iPhone quality photos. They're a little grainy looking.

SIMPLE CHILI RECIPE
1 lb. ground beef (I use 93% lean)
1-46 oz. 100% tomato juice can
1-29 oz. tomato sauce
2-15 oz. cans chili beans (DO NOT DRAIN)
1-15 oz. can great northern beans (Drain a little)
1-15 oz. can dark red kidney beans (DRAIN WELL)
Chili Powder
Salt
Pepper
Taco Seasoning
Onion Powder
Brown the meat until completely done.
Pour all ingredients into a large pot (or large bowl if you are putting it into containers to freeze). I am freezing it today.
If you are cooking it now, just heat through. Everything in it that needs to be cooked, is cooked. You can also put in the crockpot so it is done for dinner time.
If you are freezing it: Ladle it into your freezing dishes
Label them and put in your freezer! This recipe made exactly 4 quart dishes full. Make sure you leave a little room at the top of your bowls, as it expands just a little bit when frozen.
Hope you all enjoy the chili and come back for more recipes and cool stuff =)
